hi im jorge^^ anyways, ya i play city of heros and play it with my g/f its incredibly fun and i would reccomend it tons. better than ff and even EQ lol! i am a mmorpg veteran if you guys ever wanna talk about anything mmo related im up for it. nice meeting you all oh btw guild wars is up already early release, go play!

man i just finished playing some Guild Wars and boy was it boring, it consisted of mashing attack and spamming spells until your mp ran out. Then you run around away from the action and heal back up. Rinse and repeat. Who ever had the better spells won. I basically just ran around naked and trying to glitch things, then once my team died the other teams would come own me because i would get outmanned and was nekkid!!!! anyways i'll finish playing out through the weekend but from what i saw looks like you're typical MMO kill monster get exp kill monster get exp *repeat until level up* learn new skills. then kill harder monster get exp so on and so forth then there is random Player Killing which i explained above where everyone runs in and spams spells and skills. I GOT SHOT THROUGH A WALL was crazy! heh anyways so far i give it a 3 fun factor out of 10 because i got to run around naked

Played City of Heroes for one month and got fairly bored. Cool to be a super hero and all, but it's more repetitive than most MMOs I think. Fairly simplistic and very little content aside from leveling. Missions are dull and all almost all the same and eventually stop becoming a decent way to XP.

No real, equipment, just enhancements for your powers, so customizability is almost zero.

Best thing about it is the character creation, which means you can definitely look unique, but under the pretty costume you are likely just like 15 other people at least.

seems like to me halo 2 is jsut halo 1.5. Slightly upped graphics, bit more story, more guns and multiplayer on live.

All of the above mentioned deserves a 2 not a 1.5.


and the graphics are more than just slightly upped. Its no Doom 3 but its WAY prettier than the first one.

i dont hate it i just think its probably the most over hyped game ever made. For all the delays and what not it doesnt live up to it The bump mapping scheme so far is horrible. It goes from no textures to BAM! textures at wierd intervals. The poor xbox is dying trying to pull this off lol. Ill show ya if you got a 3 day weekend on thurs.

edit: muliplayer though link play is a bit more fair and it has xbox communicator enabled so i can talk shit to you
